QUALITY MANAGEMENT Zorba is committed to providing high quality products, effective project management and outstanding customer service. Every project awarded is designed and built to meet and where appropriate exceed the tender specifications. This includes ensuring that we meet and exceed most industry-specific regulations and standards. Zorba operates a quality management system (QMS) to ensure that we deliver consistent high quality. We are currently undergoing the process of acquiring an official certification
SUSTAINABILITY
Zorba understands the importance of sustainability in design, delivery and in continuing operation. This is reflected in how we:
o Source sustainable materials and look for ethical suppliers
o Work with the local community whenever appropriate
o Design and construct energy-efficient
projects while minimising wastage during the process We have implemented an Environmental Management System similar to BS14001 while working towards its accreditation.
